Not only do I treat my customers great - I treat the truck drivers with respect. I know which drivers to use and which ones to avoid. This can only come from experience. If you are talking to a young sales rep in a cubicle you can bet he is not looking out for your best interest. He probably never talks to the truck drivers (that is saved for the dispatchers only in these boiler room operations). With my company - because I do it all as a one man operation - I know which drivers to turn to in a pinch. I'm 54 years old. I've been moving cars since 1987. This industry has seen many changes. Good old customer service never goes out of style. Thanks for the nice comments - I appreciate it.
