This was the first time that I ever utilized a car transport company after a family emergency left my car stranded in WV and I needed it transported to my home outside of Cleveland, Ohio. The owner of the company (Jay) explained the process of the transportation in detail and the transport was handled in the exact manner that Jay explained to me in that initial phone call. The process was effortless on my part as Jay handled all the details and kept me up to date as to where we were in the transport. Jay was extremely professional, courteous, honest, and efficient. My car arrived on the exact date that he told me that it would and the car was in the same condition that I had left it in. The carrier driver was also extremely courteous and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with Jay's Auto Transport and I highly recommend them. If I ever need another vehicle transported, Jay will be the first person that I contact.
