I made the mistake originally of filling out an online quote form. Got dozens of quotes and calls. When trying to pick one, I started researching a few of the companies and came across this site. None of the ones that had contacted me were very highly rated on this site. So I started calling a few of the highly ranked ones from here, and came across Jay.

Jay was the first one to truly explain how this business works and what to expect. He made me feel comfortable using his services, and gave me a competitive quote to start. I contacted him a week the date it was available for pickup. He told me to contact him the afternoon before to make sure my bid was still competitive. Instead, he emails and texts me that morning to say he found a driver and it was cheaper than the original bid. And that the driver could pick it up first thing in the morning. I was expecting the car would get picked up 2 or 3 days after the first available date. Jay informed that expected delivery would be 4 days. Another bonus, as everyone else I spoke with before hand said 5 days.

The next rolls around, and I get a call from the driver. Driver asks if it would be OK to deliver on Monday around noon, which makes it a total of 3 days! 1700 miles in 3 days. Driver calls Monday morning and says he's at our designated pickup place. I go and pick the car up and chat with the driver. He actually arrived the night before and spent the night.

No problems with the car and both the driver and Jay were top notch. Would definitely use again!
