This was my first time using a service to transport a vechicle from point A to B and I really had my reservations. Things that gave me worry included, what happes if the broker charges me what they quoted and I never hear from them again? What happens if they charged me and they can't make the pickup or drop off date we agreed to? What happens if the truck company holds my vechicle hostage for more money or damages the car? Jay was able to answer all those questions and whatever else you may have. He was very professional, provided prompt call backs on missed calls, and was just very accessible all around.

We got a truck for pick up and the company cancelled on me. By mid day I got worried and called Jay to find out what was going on, he said they cancelled and he was working on it. By the end of the day he had already found me another company and my car got picked up that night. I was very pleased with Jay and he was very upfront about everything. He states that he isn't the cheapest and in fact he wasn't. I had people offering their service for as low as $200 but the reviews for those company got me really hesitant. I would rather pay a little more for good honest service than going cheap and dealing with the headaches later.
