While working in Salt Lake City UT I saw a 70's VW bus for sale. I have a soft spot for these as I have previously owned a few in the past. I contacted the seller and made an appointment to view which I managed to do before flying back to Chicago.A deal was made and the owner understood it could be a while before I could collect.
The bus was a none runner and so the next step was to find the best way to get it back home which is in IL. I browsed the web after punching in keyword Auto Transport and made contact by e-mail to three or four companies and also looked at reviews which were mostly positive.
I obtained quotes, one of them being Jays and this was the one I was comfortable with and not just based on price which was a factor. After speaking with Jay the owner I felt reassured and proceeded after receiving the quote.
When you cannot be at the collection point in person and have to rely on other people, it is stressful. But I did not need to worry. Jay communicated with me by phone and advised what was happening at all times followed by e-mails.
All went smoothly and quicker than expected. The transport driver was excellent, friendly and professional.
I recommend this company and this would be the one that I would choose for any future transportation requirements. Thank you Jay (the owner) and thank you Joe (the driver).
