Jay's Auto Transport is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done
and what the customer can expect. The rate quoted was very reasonable
and competitive. The transporter was a bit late arriving due to problems
with picking up the previous load, but since I was flexible in my availability,
this was not a problem. The transporter also was able to deliver the truck
two days earlier that originally estimated, for a very nice surprise. I would
be happy to work with Jay's again. The owner also gets personally involved
in helping the client understand what will happen - a good business idea!
