I used Jay for a transport 2 years ago for a move from GA to NC and had a good experience. I decided to try the web services to find the 'lowest' price transport when I moved from NC to AR this year. I got involved with Magic Carpet auto transport out of WA and they had terrible customer service. They could not get me a carrier and they would not call me back! My car sat for 7 days! I finally called Jay's Auto Transport, Inc. to see what he could do for me and he advised me to 'up' the price a bit for the drivers to get a commitment. Not much, merely $50 and within 24 hours I had a driver coming to get my car! The driver was professional and his customer service was awesome! Jay's Auto Transport, Inc. saved the day for me so that my classic car could finally come to my new home and be put into the garage. I will never transport my cars from another company again! Jay hooked me up once, and then saved the day for me when another company failed me. This is NOT a solicited review! Give Jay a call, you won't be disappointed!
