Very professional and smooth process

I shipped my jeep up to Washington State from Austin, Texas about a year ago. At that time, I filled out a form on some website and was bombarded with requests to ship my jeep. This industry seems very competitive. Everyone I spoke with made a lot of promises...including Jay. I felt bad, but ended up using a different shipping company that quoted $200 less than Jay...Well I ended up spending several hundred dollars more than the actual quote and it took several weeks for them to deliver my Jeep.

Last month, I shipped my Jeep back home from Washington and contacted Jay. The entire experience from the initial phone call all the way through delivery was completely different than my first experience. He did not charge a dollar more than our agreed price and the jeep was delivered in Austin on the day it was promised.

My first experience, and from what I hear, most peoples' experiences can be stressful and anything but smooth. With Jay, everything was very easy, and the price is the price.
