At first I was afraid this company would be like many others where the primary contact person would never pick up the phone because they wanted to avoid the confrontation or something but Jay definitely proved me wrong. He provided me with all the information to satisfy my curiosity about my vehicle shipment. He usually picks up the calls from his clients and when he doesn't he makes sure to call you back. Everything just went perfectly and I would definitely recommend him to all of my buddies in the military shipping their vehicle. Thank you Jay!
