I called Jay after getting a recommendation from a moving company. Jay answered the phone at almost 10PM his time on a Friday night. Love it! He was friendly and attentive on the phone - he put me at ease about my move right away. I knew it would be expensive to ship my car across the country as I'd already had quotes from a couple of other companies. Jay's price was right in line with what I was expecting - actually I'd expected it to be more expensive. I had assumed my car would be transported open air, but what a surprise when I went to pick up my car from an enclosed carrier! Woohoo! Ebs (my car's name is Ebony, Ebs for short) was totally pampered and ready to go with all of my hoodies packed in the trunk just like I had them in California. Would absolutely recommend working with Jay. He rocks.
