Nightmare Turns Into Dream Come True

I purchased an inoperable vehicle from South Carolina and needed it transported to Florida. I had a driver scheduled to pick up my car for three weeks. Unfortunately, when the contracted driver, Chester, arrived from CH & A Trucking - he did not know how to back his trailer up and winch the car onto his 5th wheel. He became very irrate and refused to take the car. I had driven up to SC to meet the driver and get the car out to the road and only had two days left (Sunday and Monday Labor Day!) to scramble together and get another driver. CH & A Trucking left me in a terrrible situation. You can imagine how upset I was when I contacted the broker, Jay Morin of Jay's Auto Transport, Inc. It was almost 9pm on a Saturday night. Jay was out to dinner with his wife. He answered the phone and was very patient and considerate as I told my story. He stopped what he was doing and made the appropriate calls in order to get my car shipped back to FL. He rescheduled another trucking company in less than an hour! He even forfeited his fee to the driver! The new driver, John Cummings, came from M & M Hauling in SC. John was prompt and courteous and very considerate. He was able to pick my car up with no problems and get it delivered to FL before the end of the week. Kudos to M & M Hauling for clearing up a bad situation and taking such good care of my car.

Jay Morin of Jay's Auto Transport was always available by phone. He was first rate when it came to follow up with my car. Jay not only refunded my deposit (His broker fee) but continued to work with me throughout the entire process without any compensation whatsoever! He is truly a man of integrity which is so hard to come by in this day and age. I would reccommend Jay's Auto Transport to anyone who is moving a vehicle. Jay is honest and forthright and reasonably priced :)

When I arrived back in FL, I contacted Jay and let him know how pleased I was and that his parents should be proud of raising such a fine young man. Thank you Jay! Thank you for turning an awful situation into a happy ending. I am honored to have done business with you.
