This was the first time I had a need to transport a car. I am a savvy internet shoppper and decided to do my homework on brokers and carriers. I read hundreds of reviews on many brokers and carriers. I took a chance on Jay's due to his great reviews and his remarks to the only coupld below average reviews. His responses seemed genuine and logical. The customer certainly has a part of responsibility in this type of transaction. Jay was responsive to my inquiry for a quote. He explained the entire process, the costs, what what to expect based on needs. He made me comfortable that he only deals with reputable carriers and assured me that he and his carriers would take good care of me and my car. Jay and I agreed to a quote on the phone. Within the hour, I received a hard copy of the quote and agreement. Less than 30 minutes later, he had two reputable carriers bidding to take my car from Riverton, New Jersey to North Hollywood California. We agreed on one of the carriers who then called that same evening and scheduled the pickup for the next afternoon. The carrier was great and delivered my car to my son 6 days later as scheduled. All I can say is Thanks Jay! I would highly recommend Jay's Auto Transport for their reliably, reasonable prices and excellent customer service. Jay only deals with top notch dependable carriers who deliver on his promises. When transporting your vehicle(s), there is no one better to deal with Jay.
