I transport 3 cars at least every 6-9 months and I am lucky to have run across Jay Phillips Transport. I was given a 3-day window in which the driver would be at my house to load my cars. I was told I would receive a call the day prior to pick up and that's exactly what took place. The driver inspected my cars and had all 3 loaded within about 30-40 minutes. He was courteous and very cautious while loading.
The estimated transit time was 6-9 days and they arrived in 6. I received a call the evening prior to delivery and he was somewhat flexible and willing to work with my hectic schedule to the best of his ability. I know these drivers are trying to pick up and deliver several cars during one trip so coordinating these times with numerous customers can't be easy. I was warned he may not be able to get right to my residence due to limited accessibility with the big truck so I was fully prepared to meet up with him at a pre-arranged location. The cars were slightly dusty which I expected having traveled via open car carrier over 2000 miles but there was no damage and once again the driver was as courteous and helped me get my 3 cars to my residence by driving one.
After reading some of these other reviews I believe these people have unrealistic expectations of these auto transport companies, and perhaps they don't read the fine print on the contracts. I would not hesitate to use Jay Phillips Transport again and again and will certainly recommend them to my colleagues and family.

We appreciate having sucha loyal customer in our ranks. We in the transport industry know that every load doesnt come off with out a hitch, but we appreciate customers that relize this also. Thanks for the positve review.
