I was scared about shipping my car cross country after reading some of the reviews, but liked what I heard about Jayhawk (smaller, good customer service, BBB rating, etc.). Ron seemed to be the most honest contact I spoke with (realistic dates) and answered all my questions. Also, Jayhawk was the only transport company I spoke with that could guarantee top load (worth the $100) and willing to let me charge the total amount (rather than pay the balance in cash).
Exotic Carriers was responsible for moving my car. They picked up my car on the first available date and the car arrived in LA a day early. Other than a dirty exterior (to be expected), the car was in great condition.
The car transport process is frustrating because it is difficult to get exact dates and you need to be flexible once you get the call, but Jayhawk and Exotic Carriers surpassed all my expectations. I highly recommend them both.
