I have been shuffling cars back and forth from Florida to Connecticut for years. I've ALWAYS had trouble. Waiting weeks for arrivals, damage, late pickup, no communication, etc. It was a pleasure working with Ken from J&D. He is courteous, honest and a pleasure to do business with. The communication was great, he was prompt for pickup and drop off. He also called enroute to give us a more accurate time for the drop off. When you call the number listed you actually get KEN, not some clueless broker. Like I said, based on my past experience, I wasn't expecting quite this level of service. The car arrived as it left. I will absolutely use J&D again- I highly recommend!!!!!
