I had to have broker get involved to find my vehicle. I called the company and the owner of J and A told me his company did not have my vehicle and I had the wrong number. I have an invoice copy from the pick up with J and A on it? I gave the invoice number and still was told I had the wrong company? Terrible organization, no idea what is going on. End result they had my car just didnt know it? How do you run a company like that and stay in business?
