They had my car picked up by my 1st available date & delivered the day I requested. Great communication & customer service throughout from Rick! He kept me updated and was happy to answer all of my many questions. I previously had booked with a different company that had good reviews online, but hardly answer when called, they didn't pickup my car on time, kept giving excuses, & were never heard from again. I'm very glad I ended up booking with Rick and Jack Rabbit as they made it an easy and smooth process. I would highly recommend. The car arrived on time without a scratch.
