I was also a first-time user of auto transport. The communication was superb! There were other transport companies who spent more time trying to down grade JR5 Transportation, to get me to switch with them. Dont fall for that!! I had a good feeling from talking with Dave that he was the man for the job!! With us being both prior service members of the military, I see Dave still uses his Army Values. Even though your not still in the military Dave, you still serving you country with good business. . . Salute!
