The very first impression I got of Marcus and the girls in the office was, Wow these are awesome people to deal with so friendly and personable. It took us over 6 weeks to realize we had been had, lied to and money stolen from us. We hired JMAC on April 17, 2010 to pick up some cars from across the states and be brought to North Dakota. Marcus promised 1-7 days from pick up to delivery. 2 weeks had passed by and we kept calling Marcus to ask him if they were able to move our cars he said he had it posted on the board and no truck was taking it at the price we had offered. Confused as Marcus had told us he had his own trucks and that is why we hired him. NOT to be brokered out to someone else but Marcus said his trucks were busy so we gave it another week still no word so I decided to pull the contract, and get a full refund of our $3200 that we paid upfront....Lori in the office said she found someone to pick up our cars and they would be picked up that same week. I was very thrilled as many weeks had gone by well little did I know that many many more weeks would also go by and many lies later. JMAC hired a company called Exclusive Auto Transport out of Conyers Georgia who never kept his word and continually lied to us. After 3 weeks of him telling us he had our cars and was delivering them we decided to report the cars stolen because of the lies he continually told us. We called Jmac and told them our plans and Phil from Exclusive promised to have them at the border on a Thursday. So we packed up our truck rented a trailer and headed to the border on Thursday. NO PHIL. So we headed to Minot could not get a hold of Phil and neither could Marcus. Finally on that Friday I got a hold of Phil and made him tell me what state he was in after much arguing and yellling he said he was still in Minnisota which is where he said he was over 1 week ago. We told him we were coming for our cars and what highway is he taking again after much arguing and going back and forth he reluctantly told us. So we made plans to contact him and pick out a meeting spot. When we got to Fargo, ND and called him HE would NOT tell us the state he was in,He said he was on his way to North Dakota then he yelled, swore, and hung up the phone. Unbelievable!! Marcus was of absolutely no help and HE is the one we paid over $3200 bucks too.. and he cant find our cars.. Phil is a liar and cant tell us where our cars are... so wre stuck in North Daklota. There was no use in staying, so we drove home without our cars and no clue as to where they even were.... That Sunday I actually got a hold of a 3rd trucking company that had picked up one of our cars and they were actually holding the car still! Phil had never ever even picked up the car because he was broke and could not pay the transportation fees... so I called the tow truck company that picked up our 2nd car and they too still had our car as Phil was broke and could not pay the storage fees!! The whole time the weeks and weeks that I had been calling him and him telling me he had the cars and was coming up were all lies.. cause he was broke.. It is a family run business and let me tell you stay away from family run businesses cause they all lie and cover up for each other.. Jmac knew the whole time what was going on and we managed to make arrangements to get our cars away from exclusive auto Phil had one of our cars on his truck, that we got picked up put in secure storage paid over $1000 in extra costs to get our cars released, hired another trucking company that actually did do the job in exactly one week.. amazing job. I was the one who had to track down and find our cars, make storage arrangements, tow truck arranged.
JMAC did absolutely NOTHING at all but cost us money, time , stress loss of opportunity to flip these cars not to mention Neither Jmac nor exclusive even have Broker Licenses to be contrating out these jobs... we demanded Marcus refund our Visa and he kept saying yeah yeah I will, I am, I will call my bank, I will call you back, blah blah blah, lies lies and more lies... I highly urge you NOT to ever deal wth this company.. even the girls in the office lie and cover up. We lost over $5000 and still had no cars delivered by Jmac and Marus to basically STEAL our money from us is absolutely disgusting.. if your vechicles mean anything anything at all to you stay away from these 2 companies....
