I contacted Island City through a referral from a local tow company. Liz quoted me a little high so I looked around. She called me back the next day and advised me that the carrier she had contacted the day before was still in AZ and was willing to lower his rate to get the spot filled. I booked with her and the car was picked up within the hour! They estimated 7 to 10 days and I got my car in 5!
The driver was extremely professional and polite and Liz did a great job of following up from the beginning to the very end.
Im so glad I chose Island City and I definitely pass the referral along to anyone else that may need this service!
