I have had some bad experience with both the cheapest and highest companies. Ironclad was amazing. From quote to drop off, I was impressed. They were the middle ground in the quotes I received (20ish quotes). I decided to pull the trigger and use their service and they have earned a lifetime customer. From the beginning Joanna was amazing. My pick up was short noticed and my route was tough. She found me a carrier in less than a day and kept me updated through the whole process. She’s also very fun to talk as she will have you laughing and feeling safe about your transport. The driver was amazing also. I was expecting a week to get my grandfathers truck from the mountains of NC to El Paso, TX but he was here in 4 days. I have seen many trucks get stuck or hit other car on our road but he came in and unloaded like he was driving a Prius. He was very professional and made sure pick up and drop off was fast and easy. I can’t say enough good things about this company, Joanna, or the driver. Hands down best experience i have ever had and I work in the industry. If your questioning who to use, I hope you choose Ironclad cause you won’t regret it.
