I own a truck that was impounded by the Galveston Police Dept. I live in Pell City, AL. I wanted to recover my truck so I went on the internet to see what the cost would be to have it shipped. I got a reasonable idea of the $$ involved. Most sites required me to provide my email address & phone number which triggered an onslaught of emails but only a few phone calls. Josh Krantz of Ironclad Auto Transport was the first to contact me by phone. Inasmuch as I had never shipped a vehicle before, he was very patient & thorough in explaining the service he was offering. He would shop my job to those in the business of auto transport and he assured me that my carrier would be one I could trust. Within only a matter of days he was able to connect me with a carrier that would pick up from Galveston Island (which takes a driver several hours out of his/her way south of I-10) and deliver my truck. Ironclad's fee was competitive and the fact that they arranged shipping quickly saved me money in storage fees at the wrecker lot. J&A Pro Auto Transports LLC contracted to deliver my truck. Direct communication with the owner of that business was very easy and he was very helpful also. The drivers that delivered my truck were as pleasant as could be and took good care of my truck and its contents. I would not hesitate to use Ironclad Auto Transport again.
