Joanna was great to deal with, very efficient and up front. I had originally placed a order with another, larger company, but cancelled that order after the agent I was dealing with did not return my calls. Joanna, on the other hand, either answered the phone or promptly returned my call. She thoroughly explained the process and justified the shipping price by looking up other shipping orders in my area and proposed a comparable price. When a carrier was located, I asked Joanna if she had done business with him before. She stated that she had previously contracted with him seven times and never had a problem. That was the case with my shipment. The driver was very courteous and efficient, very professional. The delivery was estimated to take five days but it took only four. I credit Joanna with securing a reliable carrier and avoiding any problems with the pick-up and delivery. I was initially apprehensive about shipping the car after reading some of the reviews from various companies. However, my move went very smoothly and I believe the entire process with ICAT was very fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend Ironclad Transport (ICAT) to any of my relatives or friends that have a car to ship somewhere.
