I called Joanna and she told me why my car wasn’t getting picked up with another company who I scheduled with 2 weeks prior. To my surprise she knew who I scheduled with as well. Turns out every company finds auto haulers the same way. She explained to me that the other company had my vehicle priced too low, resulting in no auto haulers being interested in the job. She went through other vehicles that had been picked up in the last few days and gave me the prices they were picked up for. We priced it in the middle-high range and we found a driver a few hours later. They picked up the car the same day, and delivered on time as well. I really wish I would have called Joanna first. Her honesty was refreshing compared to the other guys I was working with before. She wouldn’t guarantee a driver for me before my flight, but she got one. The other guys had 2 weeks and guaranteed me multiple times and they never came through. If you get an email from Joanna , do yourself a favor and just call her first.
