Brenden was super awesome and helpful. I just moved away from home for the first time for a job, and have had to deal with many things, including getting adjusted to life away from home. I called Brenden about shipping my car from FL to CA. He was really easy to work with, and was able to lay everything out for me and walk me through the process, as this was the first time I have ever shipped a car. When the company picking up my car didn't call me the day they were supposed to, I called Brenden's phone. I thought this was his office phone and was willing to leave a message, but it was actually his cell phone. Even though it was past 10 PM on a weekday night, Brenden told me he would get in touch with the company and make sure they had a rep reach out to me. He also told me that if I didn't hear from them, to get back in touch with him. Sure enough, a rep ended up getting in touch with me about 15 minutes later.
The car people came a little late, but my car ended up in California two days early, so there weren't any complains there! Brenden also went ahead and sent me a follow up text asking if everything went smoothly with picking my car up from the drivers, and then asked how my new job was going!
