Brenden did an incredible job lining up a truck to move our car from Illinois to California. This was my first time shipping a car so came into the process with no knowledge of how the process worked. Brenden did a great job of explaining everything, and highlighting what was possible or not to commit to (e.g. a specific delivery date). But then proceeded to over deliver by finding a quality transport company that picked up our car the same day and delivered it a day earlier than we expected! All around great experience.
