overall it was fine. I got my car ultimately, but after a long delay by the auto carrier. they used train to transport my car, but it took more than 3 weeks to get my car in west coast from east coast. I have done it before,and usually it takes 7-10 business days to get my car. they kept telling the snow delayed the process, but it is just excuses. That being said, I was glad that I got my car, but I should not have taken the train service to transport it. Joanna said it is very reliable, but forgot to mention it also takes the most time. if you want your car in time, dont get succumbed to take the train service. Just with regular truck. I bet my road, i would have got mycar in 5-7 business days, and I wouln't have to spend extra money in car rentals, while waiting for my car to come.
