I found the folks at Ironclad to be completely forthright and well informed. Since I had never before had an occasion to use a transport company, I knew nothing about the process. These folks were so very patient with me and walked me through the entire process one step at a time and in such a way that I didn't feel like a complete dummy! At no point during this process was I abandoned - I was told to plug their number into my phone so caller ID would show it to be them and to call anytime I had any questions or concerns. I cannot stress enough how delightful and helpful Joanna and Jim are. Because I was having a vintage John Deere transported, I was warned that this is a speciality item and it could take 3 weeks or so to find the right carrier. Imagine my surprise when that happened the very next day! Without a doubt, I would instantly call Ironclad again if ever the need for transport arises.
