In regards to Ms. Caldarelli's repsonse we here at Interstate transport group explain in exact detail by detail, step by step
how the transport of our vehicles get done. I"ve been in the transport logistics aspect for over 12 years and as an owner since 2011.
We fully explained to this client what this route would be price wise and due to the availability of this route some drivers would probably ask
for a price increase. And she would always have the right to pass on and wait for the next driver that would agree to the set price we had with her or completely cancel. It's in the out order form which she read and agreed to that is why she choose to do business with us.
Ms. Caldarelli was fully aware of this and every detail was written in bold letters on our order form. To avoid this exact misleading comment by
Ms. Caldarelli when she stated that we conned her which is not true,instead completely misleading and here is my proof which validates my contract guidelines and that I not once have mislead her or anyone else at all that has done business or will do business with my company.
We sent her an email which was sent to her explaining detail by detail the transport of her vehicle. Which she read completely and agreed to which she now states she was misled on.
We had the original price of $550 and the driver was the one who asked for the $175 increase, she states we did which is false. As our fee was already
inlcuded in the total price of $550. We called her and fully explained what the driver was requesting even sent her an email on April 18th and she said it was ok, never once did she deny or does she even have any proof
that she denied not accepting the increase the driver requested as she states.
As my company always explains the experience of transporting form A to Z to any potential client.
I do understand she has the right to comment and we are here to always hear any comments positive or negative from any of our clients.
But negative reviews need to be backed up with proof that we did not do our job correctly, which is not the case in this review. She accepted the drivers request and I even explained to her if she would be willing to accept waiting a couple of more days to meet on the agreed on original price. She said no that the price increase requested by the driver was ok. Never once does she ever state that we told her that she had no choice as per my contract which fully states client has right of refusal to any price increase and can cancel. She received her car prompt and on time.
