I called and asked for a quote to ship my 4wheeler to from Phoenix to Anchorage. They called me back multiple times and finally issued a contract that apparently only binds me not them for the amount of $595 dollars.
The next day they called back and said oh we made a mistake, it is now going to cost $1,100. I refused to pay the $1,100 and tried to speak with a manager or supervisor. Apparently it is their policy not to let customers speak to managers or supervisors. Dont use these people, classic bait and switch.
