I have been trying to reach a live human being other than Ana Garcia. My husband is due to ship his vehicle from San Juan, PR on 8/15/2011 to Boston. Until I sent a frantic FAX yesterday, I've been unable to reach anyone in person. All I get is voice mails. I am frantic because this comapny received the signed agreement in early July 2011. They have not contacted either me or my husband in all that time to let him know where to bring the car in San Juan for it to be shipped up to Boston. I wish I had seen these reviews before contracting with this company!!!!!!!!!!
Last evening I sent my first frantic FAX. Julia called me and left me a voice mail on my cell phone but did not call my husband who is in PR. I have left her countless VMM's with his name and # and mine since last night and today. She has not called either me or my husband back!!!!!!!!! I sent another frantic FAX a few moments ago.
