Just contacting you to say "THANK YOU" to all of you at Intercity Lines, I appreciate all the work that went into shipping my car. I only wish that I had contacted Intercity sooner,yes the cost was a bit higher than I had expected or had been quoted elsewhere, but I guess the old saying holds true" That you get what you pay for". Calling Intercity sooner would have saved me endless hours of reasearch and countless hours on the phone. The transportation team of Randy and Michelle Kramer were EXCEPTIONAL,and you folks are very lucky to have them with your team ,As they treated the old Volvo as if it were their own exotic automobile, just as they treated every car that was unloaded and then reloaded for the rest of their journey eastward, with the up most in care. Communication throughout our transaction was OUTSTANDING , out and out,the transportation was PAINLESS and it is very comforting to deal with a business that does what they promise and conduct their business as true PROFESSIONALS, I would highly recommend Intercity to anybody considering any type of automotive transport situation at hand, Please pass this along to ALL that had a hand in our transaction and transport.
