Prompt, courteous, dependable. One driver, one truck, all the way from California to Virginia. Excellent communication - driver kept in touch regularly while coming across the country. We made an appointment for delivery and he was there - exactly in time. Enclosed carrier with all the proper equipment for safe loading/unloading and properly anchoring the car in shipment. I couldn't ask for better service. These guys are real professionals.

I've heard so many horror stories about budget-priced carriers and brokers. Quite frankly, Intercity cost a lot more (even though they were less than some of the other prestige carriers), but the peace of mind was well worth it. Next time, I'll certainly call them again.

No damage, of course; nor do I see how there could be any in view of the way these guys secure the cars in the trailer.
