Excellent Delivery from Intercity Lines

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Intercity Lines. Their track record is top notch and that's exactly the experience that I expected. This was an East Coast to West Coast move, so I decided to go with an enclosed carrier for my 2001 Audi S4 since I had read too many nightmare stories regarding open transport (although many people have been pleased with open carriers).

After I placed my order with Jim, he said it would take 10-14 days to pick up my car and then an additional 10-14 days to deliver. I had no problem and I knew he was probably being concervative with his estimates. My order was placed on a Wednesday and the vehicle was picked 6 days later on Tuesday. Already ahead of schedule. On Saturday I got a call from the driver Eric and he said he had a couple more stops and would be in town for a Tuesday late afternoon delivery. Sure enough he arrived on Tuesday at around 6 pm and we spoke a few times to coordinate the drop. So in total, it took 13 days from the time I placed my order to vehicle delivery. Awesome.

The car was in the exact condition as it was when it was first picked up and Eric was very courteous and professional. I would not consider another carrier for myself and recommend Intercity Lines to anyone.
