I recently had a car delivered to me in Boulder, CO from Anacortes, WA and had a great experience. I was fortunate to have Joe as my driver as he communicated well and called me immediately after my vehicle was loaded on to his truck (on a Monday). He told me that I should I expect to have the car on Saturday afternoon and that I'd hear from him on Friday. I actually received a call from him on Thursday notifying me that he was monitoring weather very closely and decided to take an alternative route sine weather was good and he ended up cutting down his trip by close to 200 miles. This allowed him to deliver my car a full day earlier.

Additionally, I asked him if it was alright to change the deliver location to my house rather than storage and he had no problem with this. The change I requested was very inconvenient for him when taking into account rush hour traffic, the proximity of my storage to the highway he was coming in on (he ended up going 30 miles out of the way), and the tightness of my neighborhood. Joe's words were, "I'll do anything I can to make the customer happy so I don't mind ding this." That was solid customer service. I'd definitely use Intercity again and will hopefully be assigned Joe in the future.
