Consistent with my experience with Intercity, this last experience was great. Steve and Clara kept me updated on delivery time, offered to drop the car where most convenient for me, were early to drop off the car, and all was perfect. I have used Intercity for many years and always appreciate the consistent quality of service. It is one of the rare situations where I don't have to worry about my cars as I know they are in good hands.
