I had an overall great experience with Rich at Intercede. He could tell I wasn't completely comfortable with the whole process (lots of calls, pushy emails, etc.), but helped put my mind at ease. My car was relocated with no issues at all and Rich even suggested really good advice with how to get these other companies to stop contacting me. I would definitely do business with him again. He's a really good guy.
