Kyle and Intercede are truly what this industry needs to model itself after. I've shipped quite a few cars and there always seems to be some kind of underhanded something going on. If you've shipped before you know exactly what I mean. BUT not this time or the last time I shipped with Intercede. Kyle and crew were on the ball from the first time I called. I must admit I was disenchanted before I called and gave him a very hard time but he quickly convinced me that shipping doesn't have to be super stressful and complicated. Even though I told him I knew what I was doing he insisted that we quickly go over the process just so there were no surprises. To be perfectly honest I was very surprised. No one has ever outlined the process like that for me. Usually they're just urging me to place the order immediately but not Kyle. He actually told me that he preferred that I continue my search and come back to him after I'd checked them out thoroughly. He was very clear on how the pricing comes in and how during certain times of year it can change. In just a few minutes I was completely confident in their ability to make this as easy as possible. I didn't wait I placed the order and I'm very happy I didn't. I've since shipped 2 more cars with Intercede and I have a few more I'm looking at in the near future. If you're new to this, hopefully you get a company like these guys right from the start so you can avoid learning the hard way like the rest of us unfortunate souls. 5 stars!!!
