Scott was a real life-saver for us. I spoke with over 6-7 different people before I spoke with him and my head was plain spinning! I took a few days off and then I looked at the reviews. Intercede definitely had the best reviews. The pricing was right in the middle but we did like that this company had plenty of happy customers. Then we found out that the price comes from the cars that are currently being shipped. After the insane number of calls slowed down I called Scott. He's a real professional. I mean the difference from the previous brokers I spoke with was huge. I could not believe how much I didn't know about shipping our cars after speaking with so many different company's. He was the only one that really went over the process in detail and we really liked that about him from the beginning. He was very serious about what we needed and that it was important to understand the process just in case there were any surprises. The driver could have been nicer but no real surprises. I felt like Scott really had our best interest at heart. He actually told us not to book initially because the price could change over time. So we waited a few weeks then booked the transport of 2 cars and I must say that everything went as expected. It was not perfect but we expected their could be delays but they can't do anything about that. I will be more then happy to recommend this company to anyone that asks. Thank you Scott!
