Wow, wow, and more wow. I have never been more happy with a transport company. From my initial call to Scott who is SO easy to talk with...no question is too large or small and he treats you with respect and makes you feel comfortable versus that he's just out to get your $, the upfront, honest and THOROUGH manner in which he not only explained the process although I thought I understood the transport biz being that I'd shipped cars before, to the amount of updating, (not too much, not too little), to the choosing of the carrier which was STELLAR and friendly, to the delivery of my "babies" my convertible jaguar and my infinitiq50s in great condition (dirty as totally expected in open carrier) from silicon valley sf area CA to central FL between tampa and orlando...Scott and the intercede team, as well as the carrier company (oliver with drivers Cleber and Elismar are AMAZINGLY AWESOME) and exceeded all of my expectations. I have already started and will continue to tell everyone I know about Scott because he showed me what true integrity based business is...not to mention the military veteran discount which made me extra happy because when you are a vet, its nice to know that people appreciate the sacrife you made for the country. They were fair, honest, and timely. Multiple thumbs up!!!
