Contracted with Pete to transport my car from LA to NY. Quoted a reasonable rate and amazing pick up time. Arranged for a friend to meet the driver as I had already moved. Driver never arrived on the day of pick-up. Contacted InterAmerican and finally spoke with someone named Carlos who informed me Pete was busy with another client and one of them would call me back within 30min. Never received a call back, driver never showed up. Very disappointed in service.
