I'm sorry you feel that way. Your car was picked up and delivered on time; hassle free. We told the dispatcher of your driver your specific needs. I'm sorry they weren't met but we did relate the message. You were provided with contact information as it says on your account notes. Mrs. Brooks was't avoiding you either. Unfortunately, it just so happened that the couple times that you did call she wasn't available. We do apologize as a company for any inconvenience.
