Picked up my vehicle within what they said they would. 1st driver to pick it up was nothing short of a jerk to the dealer from where it was picked up & was also rude to Christi, my dispatcher. Not the company's fault as some people just have bad attitudes to say the least here. Christi apologized for the situation even though it wasn't her fault. I was afraid it would take another week to ship it but Christi worked tirelessly and found another truck to pick it up same day. I should add that the first driver couldn't figure out how to put it on the truck as a Camaro sits very low stock. If you have a low vehicle to ship make sure to post that in the shipping description so the driver knows what he/she is in for. Car actually arrived a day early with second driver who's name is Bob. Didn't catch his last name but was a very nice knowledgeable guy. Actually worked in my favor that the first driver was taken off my pickup. Bottom line is crap happens and you know you are getting good service when people like this step up to the plate and actually do their jobs well. Very happy with price, pickup time and service. Special thanks to Christi (dispatcher) and Bob (driver) who was incredibly fast getting it here. Highly recommend their service.
