Departure and arrival on time. Ran into a logistical issue where the original driver's truck broke down. Christi called me immediately and asked me what I wanted to do. I told her to hold the original driver and re-post the listing to see if we could make the delivery date. Within 30 minutes Christi called me back with a new driver and all was good. I would use Inter-City again in a heartbeat. Thanks again Christi!
