After another AWFUL experience with another shipper who no called and no showed on multiple occasions, we finally and thankfully hooked up with Mike Smith and Initial Logistics. I could not be happier nor more pleased with the service we received. Mike was responsive - I received email updates from him morning noon and night (including weekends.) He was honest and the driver handled himself with the utmost professionalism. We were completely satisfied with the service we received and will definitely use them again in the future!
