As brokers we work within time frame of windows to get our clients vehicles transported. Mr. Bond transport was a tough one making it take a bit longer than expected. Mr. Bond went against the companies terms and conditions which he agreed to, causing his request for a refund to be voided. Mr. Bond canceled on 6/11/13. He then went onto contracting another company and to this date(6/24/13) his vehicle have still not been transported.
