Nicole was very professional and HONEST!!!! My husband and I have shipped three cars and wish we had used Ideal and Wade (the transporter) for all three cars. Wade was very professional and ON TIME with the delivery. He has great customer service skills and kept me informed from pick-up to delivery. Unlike another transporter company that damaged my BMW 745 and was very late with the delivery.
