I dealt with Nicole at Ideal Transport. The transport went exactly as Nicole said it would. I was contacted by the carrier when they got the order. I was told when to expect pickup. The driver called me the night before the pickup to confirm directions and set a time. The driver arrived on time, was very professional and friendly, and got our truck loaded in minimal time. The truck was picked up on a Saturday morning. The driver told us the truck would be delivered on Monday. It was delivered by 10:00 a.m. on Monday morning. No damage, no dirt- it arrived just as it left here.
