I had a car delivered from PA to TX the driver completed a bogus bill of lading that was never shown to my shipper outlining damage. The driver never admitted to the damage upon drop off. Only after numerous email the owner acknowledged his driver damaged my car in Alabama. They driver minimized the amount of damage in his admission although quotes for repair showed a cost of 3200.00. The company tried to bargain with me to just take shipping charge back as payment for their fault of the damage. Did not want to go through insurance although damage was clearly their fault.

I have had nothing but lies and failure to take responsibilities for the actions of the drivers. The driver has lied repeadiatly and falsified the bill of lading in order to put the blame on my seller. The cars right passenger front end had major damage to it due to the vehicle hitting something with extreme force.

If your broker suggests this company to handle your shipping transaction refuse acceptance. Take this as a warning run the other way, and wait for another company to do the job.

Once bitten, twice shy, NEVER use this company. Especially if they say Roland is your driver.
