ICS was great! Great customer service, and more importantly, the vehicle arrived safe. Not to mention, they were at least $300 cheaper than any other quote I had received. I requested the move on a Monday, it was assigned by Tuesday, and my vehicle arrived the following Monday. Compared to most companies, this is EXTREMELY quick!
Apparently the dealer had to jump my BMW x5 in order for it to start, as it had been sitting for a while. The driver took notice, and refused to load the vehicle, even though the dealer pleaded with him that the battery would be okay once it ran for a while. He told the dealer he would have to call me first before he would load the vehicle on the truck to tell me what was going on with my car. Thus, the dealer asked to take a little more time so he can go run it on the highway. Once again, my driver refused and he got the dealer to give me a new $100 battery free of charge to me. The driver was great, professional, and once again, arrived with my vehicle unharmed. I would definitely do business again!
